Vacancy Description
To provide a contact point to Infrastructure Services existing Customer base for the co-ordination of pre-sales investigation and pricing for continued development of infrastructure and services delivered by Infrastructure Services.
•Act as a point of contact within Business Assurance and for external Service Managers for updates on proposals and pricing issues.
•Liaise with Client Services and Service Delivery Managers on issues of pro-active recommendation follow up and proposal negotiations and Service Delivery.
•Work with Infrastructure Services Project team in workload planning and Client deadlines.
•Work with the ‘Financial Operation’ role to ensure all Service Orders are accurately billed.
•Work with Technical Teams to continually assess current services described in the Client OLA and promote new service offerings
•Co-ordinate, document and price using the Service Order and bid procedures all new opportunities.
•Manage the life of Service Orders and bids through to completion.
•Deliver to Service Managers, Monthly Client Performance Reports as specified in the OLA. (These reports may be prepared outside the Business Assurance Team but responsibility for delivery and quality is with Business Assurance Team.
•Small Project co-ordination for Projects not being delivered by Infrastructure Services Project Team.
Essential Experience/Skills
Knowledge of Windows and UNIX systems.
MS Office knowledge
knowledge of networks with an added requirement for much stronger reference to working with suppliers (Cisco disti’s etc). |
