Vacancy Description
Act as first point of contact for customers logging calls relating to Capita Housing, Capita Contractor, reporting tool and letter production facility.
Provide advice to customers to progress issues through to resolution.
Ensure satisfactory conclusion of calls or escalation as necessary

Essential Experience/Skills
Experience of working on a helpdesk or as first line support.
Good communication skills.
