Vacancy Description
As a member of a busy sales office, the coordinator will provide a key support
function between customers the sales team and operations teams as well as directly to the Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Handling of, and taking responsibility for, customer enquiries & queries via phone, email & by post.
Communicating with customers via all mediums.
Entering new enquiry and order details on the CRM system (Goldvision).
Process requests from Sales People out on the road to support their effectiveness.
Supporting all written quotations and contracts as well as tender responses.
Creation & co-ordination of a central marketing & tender repository (Hub).
Answering the telephone within company guidelines.
Processing reports via the CRM system to provide total views on Pipelines, Productivity & results to date.
General administration of the sales department including holiday & sickness logs & general Office duties.
Maintain the Customer complaints register and ensure the completion of the complaints procedure.
To participate in any project or carry out specific tasks as may be assigned by the Sales Manager from time to time.
To attend monthly management meetings between sales & operations to co-ordinate improvements & new initiatives.
To ensure all policies are managed & implemented at all times, especially when the sales team are out on call or off-site.
Provide a link for the Operations director between sales & operations as well as managing internal communications.
To cover front reception as required in busy times e.g. Occasional lunchtimes, sickness & holiday etc.
Finally to provide total support to the sales manager ensuring all processes are working to their maximum potential & that the company sales & revenue goals are achieved. |
