Partners for eQuality Recruitment

Welcome to the eQuality Recruitment partners section.

eQuality Recruitment is offering those of you who work with equality groups the chance to become a partner in our new Equalities website. This will enable you to reach even more of the type of clients that you are in the business of helping and it will also provide an additional source of jobs.

We at Wise Owls (eQuality Recruitment’s parent organisation) have built a considerable reputation as a specialist employment and recruitment agency supporting older workers (45+) for over nine years, and our website www.wiseowls.co.uk now gets 250,000 hits a month. We are now expanding our services to provide support to adults over the age of 25 living in London and have commissioned a website from one of the UK’s leading recruitment website designers to be called eQuality-Recruitment.

Our unique selling point to employers is that with one click of the button, you can advertise your vacancies on our site and  by doing so, you will have ticked every equal opportunities box at one go as well as reaching hundreds of thousands of clients across the UK.

To make this equal opportunities approach a reality we need partners who specialise in helping different excluded groups. All clients registering to find employment will have the option to register their details in order to find the organisations able to meet their specific requirements. Our system automatically sends the client contact details of those organisations able to help people in their particular circumstances. So, for example, if someone is a Bangladeshi woman aged under 19, with a disability, living in East London  she would be given the contact details of the agencies able to help women, ethnic minorities, people under 19 and / or people with disabilities.

We are looking for partners who specialise in helping young people ( under 25) people from different ethnic minorities ( both all ethnic minorities and specialist in particular groups of BAMER clients) with different disabilities ( sight / hearing impaired, people with mobility and health problems, people with learning difficulties / mental health issues ), men and women, people from the LGBT communities.

If you are interested, then please contact us and join our other partners listed below.

Or, if you would like your organisation to have a link in our links' page, then please contact us at : webmaster@equalityrecruitment.co.uk
